    bug - first mining colony has public opinion, second mining colony does not appear in main view (but does appear when clicked on)
    T3 expand logistical station - survey planet

    bug system surveyed does not result in change of intel level

    Ran out of planets to place mining outposts on. Attempt to expand to more systems but ran out of resources to proceed. Note- two worlds have public order issues.

    -limited by starting production (or consumption) and ability to set up mining outposts
    -if mines are not capable of producing energy, then limited by colonies
    -planetary terrain does not list which terrain is good for energy production

    It wasn't that the game stopped, it was that I had built the mining outposts but they hadn't appeared. Since you need their resources in order to continue expanding, not being able to guarantee they are built put a crimp in my game.

    I suspect it might have something to do with project assignments; if you assign individuals to multiple different projects that might be causing the bug out. I'll test it with a new game and do only a single project at a time.

    Planets 1 and 3 had mining outposts built on them (1, followed by 3). Now, it looks like the data for planet 3 isn't displayed, but it is- over planet 1. When you click on them they are both normal. Except for the fact they have public order levels of course.

    T3 expand trade infrastructure (Neo-Sirius)

    11 million people lost on New Terra

    I hit end turn a couple times but Expand Trade Infrastructure and Survey Planet (despite being listed as 1 and 2 turns respectively) have stalled.

    absolutely no progress. Added survey planet and clicked end turn a couple times but no change for that either.

    I think I have an explanation for the stall. If the administrator doesn't provide ADM, only the contributors, but the interface shows the ADM being contributed... 'bangs head'

    And it works- sort of. I can colonize gas giants as well. The interface and mining colonies have public order bugs still exist though. Managed to put down 6 mining colonies and get net positive energy production.

    Probably escape from tailspin as mining outposts get built up but clicking end turn repeatedly and waiting is not a ton of fun.
