Since I've never had this issue before about a month ago, and nobody else has had it. I'm basically wondering if there are log files anyone can point me to which might hint at what the issue is. I've reinstalled XNA several times as described in the installation forum, to no avail.

The symptom is: You click on it to start it up, the little circle spins for a few seconds, and then nothing happens.

No error message, no loud siren, no nothin'. Just spins and then stops.

    HALPS??!

    Thank you.

Upgrading .NET Framework to 4.5.2 fixed it.

Also, the answer to my own question was "event log viewer". Duh.

Thanks for posting a response to your own issue! So many ppl ignore the fix and let others fumble around.
